1. Acceptance of terms

By downloading, accessing, or using JobioGo, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it reasonably current.

3. Service description

JobioGo is a mobile-first job search product that helps users browse job opportunities, understand role-fit signals, manage saved and applied jobs, and access optional premium features.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse JobioGo. This includes, without limitation:

• Attempting to access systems, accounts, or data without authorization.
• Using the service in a way that disrupts or damages the platform or other users.
• Copying, scraping, reverse engineering, or reusing service data in prohibited ways.
• Submitting false, misleading, unlawful, or infringing content through the app or website.
• Using JobioGo for any fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful purpose.

5. Job content and third-party data

Job listings and related information may come from third-party providers. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, availability, or continued listing status of any job, employer, or opportunity. Your interactions with third-party roles, platforms, or employers are your responsibility.

6. Premium features, subscriptions, and billing

Certain features of JobioGo may require a paid subscription. Subscriptions purchased through Apple are billed by Apple, and Apple’s billing terms apply in addition to these Terms of Use.

• Subscription pricing and billing terms are shown in the app before purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled in accordance with Apple’s rules.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple account settings.
• Refund requests, when available, are generally handled by Apple, not JobioGo.

7. Intellectual property

JobioGo, including its branding, design, interface elements, software, and content created by or for JobioGo, is protected by intellectual property laws. Except where expressly permitted, you may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from JobioGo content or software.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to JobioGo if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, created risk to the service or other users, or if we are required to do so by law.

9. Disclaimers

JobioGo is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of any kind, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, and accuracy.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, JobioGo and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost opportunities, or business interruption arising out of or related to your use of the service.

11. Changes to the service or terms

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of JobioGo at any time. We may also update these Terms of Use. Continued use of JobioGo after updated terms are posted means you accept the revised terms.
